各位研究生同學(xué)：

2022-2023學(xué)年春季學(xué)期研究生課程將于2月13日（校歷2023春第一周周一）正式上課，現(xiàn)就春季學(xué)期課程補(bǔ)退選工作通知如下：

一、選課開放時(shí)間：

2023年2月13日12:00-2月24日20:00

二、注意事項(xiàng)：

1、需要調(diào)整個(gè)人培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃、補(bǔ)退選課程的同學(xué)，請(qǐng)?jiān)谏鲜鰰r(shí)間段內(nèi)登錄研究生應(yīng)用管理平臺(tái)（https://yjs.sjtu.edu.cn）進(jìn)行操作。

2、需要重修重考的同學(xué)，請(qǐng)?jiān)谶x課開放后盡早提交重修申請(qǐng)，并在審核通過(guò)后進(jìn)入選課系統(tǒng)“重修選課”界面完成重修選課。

3、除上述選課開放時(shí)段外，不可進(jìn)行選課、退課。

4、2月20日起，各開課院（系）將對(duì)選課人數(shù)較少的課程進(jìn)行調(diào)整，對(duì)達(dá)不到規(guī)定人數(shù)的教學(xué)班將進(jìn)行合并或取消，請(qǐng)同學(xué)們?cè)?月23日起及時(shí)登錄系統(tǒng)查詢并確認(rèn)個(gè)人課表。被取消開課的教學(xué)班的選課結(jié)果也將同時(shí)被刪除，請(qǐng)相關(guān)同學(xué)及時(shí)調(diào)整個(gè)人培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃及所選課程（也需在上述時(shí)間段內(nèi)完成）。

5、任課教師將在CANVAS（https://oc.sjtu.edu.cn/）系統(tǒng)上發(fā)布課程的相關(guān)信息和要求，請(qǐng)同學(xué)們密切關(guān)注。

Notice on Graduate Courses Adding and Dropping for 2022-2023 Spring Semester

Dear graduate students,

The postgraduate courses in 2022-2023 spring semester will be officially started on February 13rd (the first Monday of the spring 2023 school calendar). The course enrollment system will open from the 1st and 2nd teaching week in next semester. The detailed arrangements are as follows:

1. Time for personal training plan adjustment and courses enrollment:

From 12:00am Feb 13^rd, 2023 to 20:00pm Feb 24^th, 2023

2. Attention:

(1) For students who need to adjust their personal training plans, add and/or drop graduate courses for 2022-2023 spring semester, please login the graduate education information management system during the period.

(2) Course retake/re-examination applications should also be made during add/drop period. Once the Course retake/re-examination applications are approved, students have to enroll their classes in the course retaking page in the system.

(3) Beyond these periods, courses adding and dropping will be not allowed.

(4) From Feb 20^th, department will check the course applications number and make adjustments accordingly. For those courses that enrollment number is less than our requirement, they will be merged or cancelled. So please login the system to check and confirm your schedule from Feb 23^rd, and adjust your course study arrangement if necessary.

(5) Course learning materials will be published in CANVAS (https://oc.sjtu.edu.cn/). Students are required to pay close attention to relevant information provided in CANVAS.
