依據(jù)《上海交通大學(xué)研究生培養(yǎng)管理規(guī)定》（滬交研〔2020〕43）第十六條“每學(xué)期開學(xué)時(shí)，研究生應(yīng)當(dāng)按學(xué)校規(guī)定日期辦理注冊手續(xù)。因故不能如期注冊的，應(yīng)當(dāng)在規(guī)定注冊日期前向?qū)W院提出申請，辦理暫緩注冊手續(xù)，批準(zhǔn)后方為有效。暫緩注冊時(shí)間一般不超過2周，暫緩注冊期間不享有在校生權(quán)益。無正當(dāng)理由逾期2周未完成注冊手續(xù)的，作應(yīng)予退學(xué)處理。”，該生（MUHAMMAD RAZA LASHARI）自2021年春季學(xué)期起未注冊也未履行暫緩注冊手續(xù)，作應(yīng)予退學(xué)處理。

Dear MUHAMMAD RAZA LASHARI（School of Mechanical Engineering，majoring in Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics，Class ID: A200209F，Student ID: 020020990019）,

According to Article 30 of the Provisions on the Administration of Students in Regular Institutions of Higher Education (Order of the Ministry of Education, PR China, No. 41) and Item 5, Article 43 of the SJTU Regulations on Graduate Education and Management (HJY [2020] No.43) on the termination of student status, “（The Fifth）The student has neither registered within the prescribed time limit nor applied for extension for registration”, your student status will be terminated and you are requested to withdraw from the university. Please contact the following contact person and complete the necessary procedures. If you have any objection to this request, please appeal with relevant facts, excuses, and evidence at the time and venue as specified below. If no feedback is heard from you within the specified time limit, you will be deemed to have no objection to the request to withdraw from the university.

According to Article 16 of the SJTU Regulations on Graduate Education and Management ( HJY〔2020〕 No. 43): “At the beginning of each semester, graduate students should go through the registration procedures on the date set by the school. If you cannot register as scheduled for some reason, you should apply to the college before the prescribed registration date and go through the formalities for deferred registration, and it will be valid after approval. The postponement of registration generally does not exceed 2 weeks, and students do not enjoy the rights of school students during the postponement of registration. Those who fail to complete the registration procedures within 2 weeks without proper reason shall be subject to withdrawal.”, the above mentioned student (MUHAMMAD RAZA LASHARI) has not registered and has not fulfilled the deferred registration procedures since Spring Semester 2021, and should be treated as a withdrawal.
