為讓國(guó)際學(xué)生感受上海豐富的文化傳統(tǒng)，上海交通大學(xué)機(jī)械與動(dòng)力工程學(xué)院留學(xué)生會(huì)（MEISU）舉辦了 “豫園文化之旅”。該活動(dòng)讓參與者探索上海最具標(biāo)志性的歷史景點(diǎn)之一——豫園，促進(jìn)了來(lái)自世界各地學(xué)生之間的文化交流和友誼。

To help international students experience the rich cultural traditions of Shanghai, the Mechanical Engineering International Student Union (MEISU) of Shanghai Jiao Tong University hosted the "Yu Yuan Cultural Tour." The event allowed participants to explore one of Shanghai’s most iconic historical sites, fostering cultural exchange and friendship among students from around the world.

Discovering Yu Yuan: A Glimpse into Classical Chinese Gardens

此次行程從學(xué)生們?cè)诓宛^共進(jìn)午餐開(kāi)始，品嘗了包括著名的蘇式面條在內(nèi)的中國(guó)美食。這讓來(lái)自不同國(guó)家和學(xué)術(shù)背景的同學(xué)們相互了解認(rèn)識(shí)。

The tour began with students gathering for lunch at a local restaurant, where they enjoyed authentic Chinese cuisine, including the famous Suzhou noodles. This communal meal allowed participants from different countries and academic backgrounds to connect before the cultural exploration began.

首先參觀了豫園，這座建于16世紀(jì)明代的杰作以其經(jīng)典的江南風(fēng)格建筑聞名。園中雅致的亭臺(tái)樓閣、曲折的回廊和池塘為學(xué)生們提供了一個(gè)從喧囂城市中逃離出來(lái)的寧?kù)o之所。當(dāng)他們漫步于風(fēng)景如畫(huà)的小徑時(shí)，了解到了其作為中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)園林和哲學(xué)象征的歷史意義。

The tour began with a visit to Yu Yuan Garden, a 16th-century Ming Dynasty masterpiece renowned for its classical Jiangnan-style architecture. With its elegant pavilions, winding corridors and ponds, the garden offered students a serene escape from the bustling city. As they wandered through its scenic pathways, they learned about its historical significance as a symbol of traditional Chinese landscaping and philosophy.

游覽完豫園后，同學(xué)們又參觀了童涵春堂中醫(yī)藥博物館，學(xué)生們?cè)谀前l(fā)現(xiàn)了中醫(yī)藥的療愈方法。通過(guò)此次形成，同學(xué)們對(duì)上海的文化遺產(chǎn)有了更深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)。

After exploring Yu Yuan, the group visited the Tonghanchuntang Traditional Chinese Medicine Museum, where they discovered the ancient practices and holistic healing methods of Chinese medicine. The tour concluded with students returning to campus, enriched by a deeper appreciation of Shanghai’s cultural heritage.

參與的留學(xué)生們對(duì)此次行程感到興奮，稱(chēng)贊園林之美、熱情的氛圍以及與同學(xué)們交流的機(jī)會(huì)。

Radwan（摩洛哥）：“豫園之行是一次難忘的經(jīng)歷，這是我第一次參觀這里。我特別喜歡傳統(tǒng)美食，比如美味的蘇式面條。我真心希望未來(lái)還能有這樣的行程。”

Yara（埃及）：“能認(rèn)識(shí)許多來(lái)自不同國(guó)家的友好之人真是太好了，豫園之行真的是一次令人驚嘆的旅程，我了解到了新的信息。如果還有機(jī)會(huì)再去，我肯定會(huì)去。”

Malgorzata Wyszkowska（波蘭）：“上海最美地標(biāo)之一之行最棒的部分是結(jié)交了新的朋友，包括國(guó)際學(xué)生和中國(guó)學(xué)生。這類(lèi)活動(dòng)有助于將志同道合的人聯(lián)系起來(lái)，并了解其他文化。一起探索豫園是一次難忘的經(jīng)歷！”

Nashwa（埃及）：“在MEISU豫園之行中的美好體驗(yàn)…… 當(dāng)我們踏入園內(nèi)的那一刻起，我便被它的美麗所震撼。漫步園中，欣賞寧?kù)o的湖水，走過(guò)迷人的小橋，仿佛時(shí)間都靜止了，那是如此的寧?kù)o與迷人。”

Qing Yang（馬來(lái)西亞）：“這對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)是一次了解老上海歷史的絕佳機(jī)會(huì)，同時(shí)我也在豫園的寧?kù)o中度過(guò)了美好時(shí)光，結(jié)識(shí)了許多其他學(xué)生！”

Participants shared their excitement about the trip, praising the garden's beauty, the welcoming atmosphere, and the chance to bond with fellow students.

? Radwan (Morocco): "The trip to Yuyuan Garden was a memorable experience, as it was my first time visiting. I especially enjoyed the traditional food, like the delicious Suzhou noodles. I truly hope there will be more trips like this in the future."

? Yara (Egypt): "It was really good I met new people from a lot of countries all of them are nice and Yu yuan it was a really amazing trip I knew new information if I have another chance to go again I will definitely go."

? Malgorzata Wyszkowska (Poland): "The best part of the trip to one of the most beautiful landmarks of Shanghai was making new friends, both international and Chinese. Such events help connect like-minded people and learn about other cultures. Exploring Yu Yuan Garden together was an unforgettable experience!"

A Successful Cultural Exchange

“豫園文化之旅” 不僅讓留學(xué)生了解了上海的歷史，還加強(qiáng)了學(xué)生之間的聯(lián)系。通過(guò)將觀光、教育和社交相結(jié)合，活動(dòng)讓參與者對(duì)未來(lái)更多探索之旅充滿期待。

MEISU計(jì)劃舉辦更多文化活動(dòng)，繼續(xù)其促進(jìn)全球友誼、加深國(guó)際學(xué)生對(duì)中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)聯(lián)系的使命。

The "Yu Yuan Cultural Tour" not only introduced international students to Shanghai’s history but also strengthened bonds within the students. By blending sightseeing, education, and social interaction, the event left participants eager for future adventures.

MEISU plans to organize more cultural activities, continuing its mission of fostering global friendships and deepening international students' connection to Chinese traditions.
